It's not always an easy task being reality show stars and fashion icons, as Kim and Kourtney Kardashian discovered at a fashion shoot on Thursday.
Kim, a lover of high heels, clambered up a ladder in towering stilettos and a flowing skirt split to the thigh for a photoshoot in Miami at a house reported to belong to baseball player Alex Rodriguez.
But the 32-year-old got some much needed help from male assistants, one holding the ladder at the bottom and clambering up after her, while another pulled her to the top.
